(Mac Mini M4, Tahoe 26.1) The KDx identifies my Montage M7 and its MIDI but I only get empty boxes in the interface. What's up?

I see that you logged in yesterday too - did it work then, and has just stopped working today, or has it never worked for you?
First things to check:
You must use Google Chrome to view the editor, rather than Safari or any other browser.
The synth must be fully connected to the computer - the USB symbol in the top right of the screen must be bright blue.
The screenshot you posted looks like KDx has not recognised the synth with the specified ports. Click the MONTAGE M logo in the top right and use the 'Manual Configuration' section at the bottom of the menu to select the correct synth and ports.

Try going back to https://barefoot.community.forum/synth/programmer/ to see that the synth is still listed there. If it's not, then the computer is not seeing it.

My bad! It was set to MIDI over DIN! Now it's working. Thanks.
