Performance save/load for MODX M et al

I don't know if it is possible, as I am not a subscriber yet (hopefully I will in the new year when I have more spare time), but can the MODX/M editor dump the current performance locally and reload it later when requested? I saw that the editor for Reface has this. If the performance was dumped in human readable format (ie json or xml) that would be amazing, but I'll take binary if it currently does that.

Why? So I can take a performance, duplicate it and bulk change certain parameters (eg waveforms, envelopes, filters or whatever). Give it a new name and voila I have a variation of a performance. I expect to have a lot of elements in my part(s) so looking for any way to save time in editing.

Right now, no it doesn't - but something like this is coming down the pipe before too long.
